Hello. for a complaint from the owner Dear Sir or Madam.
It has come to our attention that Cogent Communications, Inc. is the service provider for the IP address listed below, from which unauthorized copies of the objects of intellectual property are being offered from the URLs listed below.
No one is authorized to perform, exhibit, reproduce, transmit, sale or otherwise distribute the below-mentioned objects of intellectual property without the express written permission of the Licensor, which the Licensor has not granted to the sites listed below.

We request that you immediately do the following:
1) reply to the Internet Copyright Management thereof that this notification has been received, within 24 hours.
2) send your customer written notification, along with a copy of this notification, requesting removal of the infringing material and requiring confirmation of the removal be sent to you (the Provider) within 24 hours;
3) block access at the router and switch level to customer`s equipment involved if the customer fails to remove the infringing material and/or fails to inform you (the Provider) of the removal within 24 hours of notification;
4) take appropriate action against the account holder under your AUP/Internet Service Master Agreement.
The distribution of unauthorized copies of objects of intellectual property constitutes copyright infringement under the Copyright Act, Title 17 United States Code Section 106(3). This conduct may also violate the laws of other countries, international law, and/or treaty obligations.
On behalf of the respective, owner of the property rights to the copyrighted material at issue in this notice, we hereby state, pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17 United States Code Section 512, that we have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owners, their respective agents, or the law, and that the information in this notification is accurate.
Also pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we hereby state, under penalty of perjury, the undersigned is authorized to act on behalf of the owners of the property rights being infringed as set forth in this notification.
