Hello, you messed up your hosting account. what is the purpose of You delete all system folders on the account? the account will be recreated. then you upload website files to the public_html folder and won`T touch anything above this folder. then verify Your installation. although I can tell You that if You remove from .htaccess write php_flag display_errors 0
php_flag display_startup_errors 0 the installation will go. |
