Sample screenshot is attached to this e-mail.</p><p>Eventually, your conduct also constitutes unfair competition in terms of use of names or distinctive signs such as to lead to confusion with the names or distinctive signs legitimately used by other entrepreneurs (acts of confusion). And it also represents passing-off and unfair trade practice, as eligible to create a link with our clients company before the consumers who may hold in good faith that you are legitimately exploiting our clients brand.</p><p>Prada takes these infringements extremely seriously and is in a position to resolve this through legal means; it shall not tolerate any of the foregoing unlawful activities as each and all generate prejudices to clients assets and reputation. прежде всего Вам нужно с сайта убрать бренды, так как жалбы будут поступать у Вас заблокирован домен, по жалобюе брендов если у Вас сайт ориентирован на таковые, то берите домен в зоне RU, пока там еще не блокировали. Но, жалобы все равно будут в Дата Центр, поэтому лучше брендыв убрать. |

у нас есть толкьо nxj что бвло Вам предоставлено. все что было на момент Oct * , ничего за май у нас нет. у вас полная и единстванно возможная версия файлов. непонятно п како йпричне вы игнорирует прямые вопросы о том чего конкретно у вас нет. мы неоднокрано ва соб этом спрашивали. вам предоставили полный архив акаунта включающий всебя все то что было на акаунет на момент создания архива. других файлов быть не может. архив полный. еслитам чего т оне тто там на Oct * этого и небыло. со стороны хостинга ниогда никаик изменения с файлами клиентво не делаются. при поступлении жалобы акаунт только блокируется и пакуется. файлвы не удаляются и не перемещаются. все что есть в архиве было на момент поступления жалобы. другого быть не может |
