you messed up your account. let what purpose You had deleted the existing account folders? You have received access details to the hosting? it contains - website files need to be uploaded to the folder publc_html. nowhere does it say - remove everything you see the account recreated. please be considerate and upload the site files where they are supposed to be. in the public_html/ anything hosting do NOT remove if You need help with the transfer. complete a request for transfer form in your billing panel |
