The gugleniya solution to the issue has led to the fact that the need to increase the value of the variable max_input_vars. Now there is set to 1000. I don`t know how much I need to increase this value, but if in the future the repetition of this problem, we will be able to go back to configuring this setting, let us now increase this value to 2000.The logic menu in the Drupal CMS with the following: each menu item has 4 variables, so the limit of 1000 in the settings PHP is achieved only in the presence of a 250 menu items (4 * 250 = 1000).PS: the problem with the inability to customize menus for our website is critical and it is highly desirable to resolve this question in the affirmative.
