Hello. I ask you to give me the option to download your site. I write to You from a personal account, but FTP and cPanel are unable to get. The fact that 14.04.2016 I activated the account on Your service, paid for a couple of months and poured here the website. The time my period ended 20.08.2016. For some reason I froze your website and have not made any payment for hosting. It turned out that the local version of the site I have gone and it is now very necessary. I tried some way to go to Your service and download site, but as mentioned above, I will not allow any FTP or in cPanel, referring not incorrect password. However, I have not changed, neither password nor their mail (I have it [email protected]) my Website was called renti.com.ua. Very hope for Your help. Ready to provide all registration data. Hello. You can`t get via FTP because You have a large late payment and the account was removed from the servo. We checked the backup, we have a copy of Your account, You can renew the hosting, so we can restore Your account. |
