Copied the files CMS DLE10.1 on the server (in public html subfolder, because the main site already has)when a file is accessed index.php gives РѕС€РёР±РєСѓFatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required `/home/m6992323/public_html/backpack/language/Russian/adminpanel.lng` (include_path=`.:/opt/alt/php53/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php53/usr/share/php`) in /home/m6992323/public_html/backpack/install.php on line 30РЅРµ prompt what is it? I had not set up DLE, possibly due to database error..it is created but not connected(had hoped to do all through the run index.php)
