Good day,on my sites there is a scratch which adds tags to the website and there is a function of the translation of the first letter in upper case.On other hosting it worked fine but you have it in upper case translates the entire phrase completely.I the programmer said that the hosting is not properly configured locale ru_RU.CP1251.It is possible to solve this problem?
