Hello. there is no www folder on the host. there is a folder public_html? this is the folder of the main domain belkacheli.com. there is a link on the www folder. link is like a shortcut in windows/ www is not a folder. If one site located on the hosting everything works and the second no then what are You suspicious towards hosting? Especially since you yourself say that they changed the website which worked fine please describe the problem in detail. what and where should happen and if any action.
